Craig's passion for practical regulation has made him one of the most respected experts in the e-payments sector. He is one of the few leading authorities in this sector who has worked globally with a range of regulators and governmental bodies, to help inform and shape regulation for this and other linked industries. Craig is CEO and Founder of Neopay Ltd, providing specialist regulatory advice to e-money and payments institutions. He is a highly experienced compliance and regulatory specialist and MLRO and has been Director and Non-Executive Director for several successful organisations. He brings considerable business experience and knowledge, along with a full understanding of balancing risk management, regulation and performance. Craig is also Non-Executive Director of the prepaid industry body ‘PrePaid International Forum’. A ‘not for profit’ organisation which liaises with, and educates, regulators worldwide on the intricacies of Electronic Money as well as providing support and education to proponents of prepaid throughout the world. His talent for engaging others in this sometimes dry arena has made him a popular speaker at industry events and has given him the opportunity to provide industry feedback and training to both industry and regulators.
It is over 20 years since Sue first set foot in the Financial Services world. Initially specialising in operations, Sue has delivered significant savings and performance improvements to a number of financial organisations through developments in their frameworks, systems and procedures. Since then she has gone on to partner with some of the world's leading financial organisations, in projects to support strategy development for a well-known banking group, guide and inform strategy for a regulator in a newly established financial centre, and to facilitate leadership teams of a world-class investment bank to name just a few. She partnered with a number of leading organisations hit by the financial crisis, and helped support them through the aftermath; the business uncertainty and potential implications for their leadership. Sue's primary focus now is maintaining the quality of our services and ensuring that our business develops to meet the needs of the market. She collaborates with all of our team to ensure that our values remain core to our client partnerships and that our track record and service distinction is maintained. In the growth and development of Neopay, Sue works to ensure that market trends and needs remain central to our services, making sure we deliver an appropriate response to changes in regulation and the requirements of our clients.
With nearly 20 years of experience within the cards and payments markets, Nigel has exceptional knowledge in his field and a proven ability to deliver regulatory advice in a commercially viable manner. Nigel joined Neopay from a successful career built up over many years with some of the leading e-money and payments providers in the world, including Neteller and a number of international banking groups. Nigel’s specialist skills lie in the complex areas of fraud and operational risk, and he has a proven reputation for significantly reducing fraud and generating considerable efficiencies in these areas. Nigel’s ability to educate and engage with clients to deliver practical and often innovative solutions to complex business models has generated excellent feedback from our clients.
With nearly 15 years of experience in payments, Scott brings extensive expertise in fraud management, compliance and business development to the Neopay Team. Highly respected within the market, Scott joined Neopay after being extensively involved with the initial development of successful businesses such as NETELLER and PSI-Pay, as well as managing a large portfolio a high-risk/high volume partners for ClickandBuy, Deutsche Telekom’s online payment solution. Having established and managed teams dedicated to fraud, risk management, identity verification and compliance, he then moved into a business development role so that he could use his experience to not only to help create strong internal controls, but also provide commercial viability and growth for his clients. Scott brings practical experience and an understanding of the realities of the commercial world. He draws upon his expertise within fraud and compliance to provide a clear, pragmatic and tailored commercial strategy to our partners with solutions that are innovative, practical and geared toward success.
