The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is set to launch My FCA on 31 March 2025, a new portal designed to simplify regulatory reporting and attestation tasks for registered and authorised firms. This marks a significant milestone in the FCA’s Transforming Data Collection programme, a joint initiative with the Bank of England aimed at reducing the burden of regulatory compliance.

What is My FCA?

My FCA is an integrated platform that consolidates essential regulatory information from Connect, RegData, and the Online Invoicing System. Once signed in, firms can:

  • View all scheduled regulatory reporting and attestation tasks in one place.
  • Access key regulatory updates and notifications without navigating multiple systems.
  • Sign in once to gain direct access to Connect, RegData, and the Online Invoicing System.

Why this matters for regulated firms

For compliance professionals, My FCA streamlines the compliance process by reducing time spent switching between platforms. This means:

  • Improved efficiency in meeting regulatory deadlines.
  • Greater transparency over upcoming reporting and attestation obligations.
  • Fewer administrative hurdles, ensuring compliance efforts are focused where they matter most.

What firms need to do

To prepare for the launch, firms should:

  • Ensure their teams are aware of the 31 March 2025 go-live date.
  • Test their access using existing login credentials for Connect, RegData, or Online Invoicing.
  • Add https://myfca.fca.org.uk to their list of trusted websites before launch.
